Thus far I had three issues w/ my garage that Ollinger came to fix. 1) First time the springs snapped on my 2 car garage door. They were quick to come replace the springs. I was a bit shocked at the price, but I found out how expensive those springs are. 2) Several months (~6) after the springs were replaced, my garage door exhibited the same behavior, so they came out again (the same day I called them) and two professional folks identified that the incorrect springs were installed and they replaced them with the correct springs at no cost. In fact, the next day, the owner called to let me know I will not be billed an apologized for the issue. Thus far, except for the 3rd service call, everything was working well. 3) The same garage door all the sudden stopped working. All I heard was noise where it seemed like the garage door was trying to open, but the door did not move an inch. They came out and fixed the issue. My garage door openers are old, and one of the plastic gears went out and he replaced it under 30 mins. I cannot believe they have parts for pretty much every garage door opener. Now, to address (1) and (2). I was a bit disappointed this happened, but mistakes happen. The great thing about this company is they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. This is a hard characteristic to find in a company. They were straight out honest, and very quickly fixed the issue. Overall, The company: 1) Has a quick turnaround time for service calls 2) The staff are very professional and highly skilled 3) VERY honest with their customers 4) In my case, they ALWAYS stand by their work. Wonderful company.
